Many RIA, Broker Dealers and Insurance Companies are undertaking multi million-dollar investments in their Advisor Technology Stacks. Many chose the wrong SAAS vendor partners and regret it for years to come. This effort evaluated the current stack of Advisor facing technology, created a capability maturity model for each set of capabilities and estimated true cost of ownership for each. The capability heat map help prioritize where future investments were required and areas for a SAAS provider change may be warranted.
