Thrivent’s hybrid Registered Investment Advisor distribution channel migrated its existing Broker Dealer back to Thrivent Investment Management Incorporated after a five-year hiatus. This significant change management effort required changes in broker dealer forms signed by almost 30,000 clients across twenty-five practices as well as the addition of dozens of new non-proprietary products not previously offered. Over a hundred downstream systems required changes to incorporate new products and advisor groups.

• Key Achievements:
o All transition waves across the twenty-five practices were successfully transitioned to the previous Broker Dealer with 97+% retention in clients and advisor practices.
o Thrivent’s product shelf was significantly expanded to meet the future needs of clients and advisors while reducing the advisor practices overall cost of placing Broker Dealer business with client.
o No loss of business continuity occurred throughout the transition.
