Divestiture of Largest Business Unit

Hewlett-Packard was split into two separate companies. Its enterprise products and services business were spun-off to form Hewlett Packard Enterprise, while its personal computer and printer businesses became HP Inc. Serving as Deloitte’s Sales capability lead consultant, the engagement team completed planning and orchestrated the split of the selling agreements globally, split of sales capabilities including salesforce org and clients.

Key Achievements:
o Organizational split was successfully executed with limited regrettable loss of Hewlett Packard Enterprise clients.
