Began at the consulting business lead and moved into leadership role as Director of Field Compensation & Operations.
Large scale post-merger Aid Association for Lutheran and Lutheran Brotherhood initiative to consolidate multiple legacy incentive compensation systems into a single enterprise common plan design for all Thrivent producers. With limited internal working knowledge of legacy systems, initiative required code mining thousands of business calculations from two-dozen policy administration and legacy calculation engines onto Callidus now SAP Commissions platform and rebuilt all the preprocessing modules including licensing check, commission splits and recharges for lapsed contracts. Initiative was $20 million over three years and over one hundred resources were allocated to program at its peak implementation phases.

Key Achievements:
o Modernized SAP commission and incentive platform eliminated legacy commission systems and modules and associated business risks.
o The new compensation plan design retained 99% of advisors as well as drove new customer growth due to extraordinary change management efforts by team and leadership.
o Reduced commission overpayments by an estimate 1% from legacy platforms.
