Modern Intranet

Initiative replaced end of life twenty-year-old Teamsite based intranet that was very difficult for users to search content. Legacy intranet had over two-hundred content owners and over 7,000 pieces of content, much of which as outdated or no longer relevant.

Key Achievements:
o Teamsite was decommissioned before end-of-life support date.
o All relevant content was migrated leaving 50+% outdated content behind.
o Limited to no user complaints were raised given the high degree of content shift and change management required.
o Eliminated significant business continuity risk through decommission of unsupported technology.
