Upon completion of the replatforming effort of 2018, the team made significant enhancements to the platform to improve advisor productivity. Twenty legacy point to point integrations were replaced by enterprise REST API services. A series of robust meeting preparation workflows were configured along with a library of configurable workflows for practices to leverage and make modifications to follow-up Salesforce activities. Created an automated lead generation that qualified and routed hot leads from public facing site and firm's inbound call centers. With significant voice of the customer, new Salesforce home pages were created for advisor and support staff to optimize the key book of business actions recommended to start each day.
